On Tuesday, March 22nd, the 4th grade class went on a merrymaking field trip to San Juan Capistrano. They rode on the Amtrak train, and had to wakeup SUPER early. The time for the class to meet was at 7:00a.m, sharp at the train station in Downtown Los Angeles. Ms. Rivera set up the field trip for the 4th grade. When the fourth graders arrived, their very kind tour guide, Ms. McDonald, took them on an amazing tour. The 4th graders also made adobe that they could keep. Avery Walter in fourth grade stated, “My favorite part on the field trip was making adobe.” She said that her favorite part of the Mission that the guide showed the class was “the loft bed that the priest would use for hiding.” I think the fourth grade class had a jawdropping day at Mission San Juan Capistrano.
