The basketball season has started at Good Shepherd and there are a lot of games scheduled for the A basketball team. But what about the B team? Coach Jade is coaching the A team, but also working hard to schedule games for the B squad such as the six matches set for January through March. Coach Fries is ready to lead the B team to victory but also to make it a fun learning experience. For some players, especially 5 graders, the B squad offers an opportunity to play more. As Coach Fries puts it, “Playing on the B team will allow less experienced players to develop the skills and confidence to contribute more next year.”
